SHIPPING POLICY

• All orders are packed with care to make your art opening experience special. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks to prepare to ship; items are hand-packaged to get them to you in the best shape possible. 
• Both domestic and international orders will receive a Tracking ID, and you will receive a notification once your order has been fulfilled. Due to COVID-19, please allow possible extra time for arrival.

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

• Packages usually take 1-2 weeks from the time of purchase to arrive (US) and 2-4 weeks to come if you are located out of the US. I am working on all orders promptly; therefore, your package may arrive quicker. Prints are shipped with USPS First Class Mail, which according to USPS.com, can take approximately 2-5 business days for USA domestic orders and up to 14 days+ for International orders. Thank you in advance for your patience. 

HOW ARE PRINTS PACKAGED?

• All orders containing 11" x 17" poster prints will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve and rolled up in a cylindrical shipping tube.
• USA orders containing several images will be shipped flat or in a tube, depending on the size and weight of the order.
• Orders that contain several items will be packaged according to size and weight. 

WHAT IS THE RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

• Please note that Kmontesart cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time, but if there are any issues with your order, if your package arrives damaged during shipment, please take a photo of the damaged box and art and contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and a short explanation. We will then discuss alternatives. Satisfaction is guaranteed. Thank you!

DOMESTIC

• All orders under 1lb are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. All other orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is provided.
• All packages are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after receiving the order. Due to COVID-19, please allow extra time for arrival.

INTERNATIONAL

• Tracking is provided. All orders under 1lb are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. All other orders are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail.
  Please keep in mind some countries may charge customs fees - it is the buyers' responsibility to cover any of those fees.
• Due to COVID-19, all carriers may highly delay international shipping; therefore, please allow extra time for arrival. (Up to 1-2 months)

UK & EU BUYERS

• Due to a change in VAT collection and remittance laws, as of January 1st, 2021, I am no longer taking orders from UK & EU buyers on this website. 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delivery delays due to customs. Buyer is responsible for contacting their local customs office to locate any held packages.
